The violin features basswood construction for the head, back, and sides. The fingerboard, tailpiece, pegs, and chin rest are made of blacked wood. The bow is made from arbor and white horse tail. The included case has a soft interior designed to help protect the violin, and rosin is included as a free gift.

Notes:
- The bridge is wrapped in paper and stored underneath the tailpiece when received. It should be installed in the middle of the two F holes.
- If the bow hairs are loose, tighten the frog with the screw.
- If some bow hair is broken, cut off the broken part before use.
- Do not over tighten the bow; the hair should have slight bounce and not touch the stick when placed on the strings.
- Rosin should be applied evenly to the bow hair. It is suggested to scratch a trace on the rosin first to make it powdery for quicker, even application.
- If a string falls out, it can be reinstalled; customer service can be consulted.
