Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products, accept orders and process sales through our website.

Your use of our website may also be subject to Shopify’s own terms, policies and technical requirements.

10. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfilment location and courier.

Estimated delivery times shown on the website, product page, order confirmation or checkout are estimates only. We will do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can happen.

Delays may be caused by:

  • courier delays;

  • peak trading periods;

  • weather disruption;

  • customs or import issues;

  • events outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to ensure goods are delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted.

11. Split deliveries

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

This may happen where items are dispatched from different fulfilment locations or suppliers.

If part of your order arrives separately, this does not necessarily mean the rest of the order is missing. Additional tracking or delivery updates may follow.

12. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has been submitted for processing, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel dispatch.

If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may not be able to refund or replace the order if the address was entered incorrectly.

13. Failed deliveries and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect from a delivery point, or failure to respond to courier instructions, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return or processing costs from any refund.

Where possible, we may offer to resend the item, but additional delivery charges may apply.

14. Cancellations before dispatch

However, some orders are processed quickly through our supplier and fulfilment network, so cancellation may not always be possible once the order has been submitted for processing or dispatch.

15. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You must contact us before returning any item.

Please do not send returns to our business address unless we have confirmed in writing that this is the correct return address for your item.

16. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

17. Items that cannot usually be returned for change of mind

Some products cannot usually be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

  • sealed health-related items once opened;

  • items that have been used, installed, assembled or damaged after delivery;

  • discount codes cannot be added after an order has been placed;

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
