SPORTNOW Adjustable Speed Bag with Stand, Reflex Bar, Multicolour
Train for speed, reaction and control with this SPORTNOW freestanding boxing setup. The speed bag helps train punch velocity, endurance and response, while the reflex bar and punch pad are designed to test reaction time so you can practise dodging and countering.
The stand has an adjustable height from 163cm to 205cm, making it suitable for different training needs. It is freestanding and can be weighed down for added stability, with a base capacity of up to 40kg when using a sand and water mixture. Twelve suction cups help reinforce the base during use.
